General conditions of sale

The general conditions govern all reservations made with Residence Sandy Bay. Any reservation implies unconditional acceptance of these conditions. The establishment is strictly forbidden to animals and smoking is only allowed outside the villas.

 

Payment:

Payment by credit card, transfer or cash. Possibility of deposit with a first payment of 50% and the balance 15 days before arrival.

 

Booking confirmation:

After validation of the reservation, i.e. upon receipt of payment, a confirmation email will be sent.

 

Cancellations/modifications:

 

Cancellation by the customer:

In case of cancellation more than 30 days before arrival, a full refund will be made less a penalty of 100 EUR.

No refund for any cancellation less than 30 days from the arrival date.

 

Cancellation by the establishment:

Sandy Bay reserves the right to cancel a booking for exceptional reasons with full refund to the customer.

 

Arrival and departure times:

Arrival possible between 3:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m.

Departure in the morning at 11:00 a.m. at the latest.

 

Rules of conduct:

Sandy Bay is a quiet residence in which tranquility is essential. The organization of parties or music with a noise level that could affect the peace of the other occupants of the residence will not be accepted. In the event of non-compliance, expulsion from the premises will be requested.

 

Sandy Bay Villas Liability

The establishment declines all responsibility in the event of loss, theft, or damage to customers' personal belongings.

The establishment cannot be held responsible for any inconvenience caused by external events (works, nuisances, force majeure).

 

Protection of personal data

Collection and Use: Customer data is collected only for reservations and communication purpose.

Confidentiality of information: Financial data in the event of online payment is processed securely.
