Wet season:
From August to December, the rains are more present and the risks of cyclones are mainly concentrated in September-October. Fortunately, their passages are not an annual ritual. This period remains ideal for visiting our islands at lower prices. The sea temperature remains very pleasant, always between 27 and 29°C.
In our islands, there is only one time zone: Atlantic Standard Time, AST (UTC-04). The time here does not change and remains the same all year round. In summer time, Guadeloupe observes a time difference of -6 hours with mainland France. Thus, when it is 12 noon in Paris, it is 6 am in our islands.
