The most beautiful beaches of Guadeloupe
The Guadeloupe Islands have over 400 kilometres of beaches. So there's a good chance you'll find one that will make you never want to leave the archipelago again.

Some have white sand, others black or ochre/gold, but all are perfect for swimming. Tropical islands immediately bring to mind long white sand beaches shaded by coconut trees, but we also have our little secrets.

Swimming is easy and it is strongly recommended to bring a mask to discover the underwater world. Many of our beaches also allow you to practice various water activities such as kayaking, windsurfing, paddle boarding, or even traditional sailing!
The most famous beaches
The beaches of Sainte-Anne and Saint-François are certainly the best known. La Caravelle, Bois-Jolan and the Bourg beach for Sainte-Anne; la Coulée, les Raisins Clairs and l'Anse à la Gourde for Saint-François are places that will make you want to take pictures.

These are turquoise lagoons overlooking the Atlantic and all six are ideal places for children to splash around in the clear, shallow water.
In the north of Grande-Terre, the beaches of Anse du Souffleur in Port-Louis and that of La Chapelle in Anse-Bertrand are beaches where water activities are numerous.

Surfing, paddle, kayaking, jet skiing, and others allow you to enjoy a magnificent view of Basse-Terre.

You can also join one to the other by a walk on the coast which will offer you the majestic spectacle of the Souffleurs.
Voted among the most beautiful beaches in the Caribbean by Tripadvisor, Grande-Anse de Deshaies beach impresses with its warm-colored sand.

In full sun, it appears orange while at dusk it turns pink to match the sunset. Be careful with little ones because the waves on the shore can be surprising.
Much more intriguing, our black sand beaches are places to know.

Grande-Anse in Trois-Rivières, Malendure in Bouillante and Bananier in Capesterre-Belle-Eau are atypical places with a unique charm.

In Bananier, even if it is a surf spot, it is the favorite playground of the little ones who can jump in the waves while they can stand up while you eat with a view of the Saintes.
The beaches of La Desirade
La Désirade has many beaches all of white sand. If you like having a huge white sand beach, where the shade is provided by the coconut trees, you will love the beach at Fifi and the Souffleur. If you prefer a cocooning beach, small but pleasant, then Petite Rivière will suit you.

The charm of La Désirade lies for a lot in the succulent restaurants with your feet in the sand that the main island offers. We cannot talk to you about the beaches of La Désirade without mentioning the beach of the islets of Petite-Terre which are part of the commune. A long white sand beach on a deserted islet, we would have difficulty making more heavenly.
The beaches of Marie-Galante
The three municipalities of Marie-Galante offer heavenly beaches. Comparisons are often made with those of Mauritius or the Maldives. Indeed, the colors are incredibly pure: turquoise water, white sand!

The advantage of this island is that each beach has its own charm and use.

The beaches of Grand-Bourg and Saint-Louis are the favorite playground of children, who swim there and build castles serenely. For kite-surfing, windsurfing and wingfoil enthusiasts, the beach of Capesterre de Marie-Galante will be more suitable. It is impossible to come to Marie-Galante without planning a swim and then a nap at the canot cove.
The beaches of Les Saintes
The most famous beach in Les Saintes is undoubtedly Pain de Sucre. However, other heavenly and exotic beaches are available to travelers.

Pompierre Bay, Crawen Beach or Fond Curée Beach are all beautiful beaches, each with their own identity.

Pompierre Bay is impressive because it is a virtually enclosed stretch of sea due to the rocky peaks surrounding it. Les Saintes also has the beaches of Terre-de-Bas, which offer unparalleled tranquility...
And of course, the beach of L'autre bord at le Moule
If you dream of pristine beaches and crystal clear waters during your stay in Guadeloupe, discover the splendid beach of l’Autre Bord, nestled in the charming town of Le Moule.

This stretch of white sand is a true natural gem that will not fail to seduce you. To get there, follow the N5 towards Le Moule then turn left onto the road to Plage des Alizées following the signs for Plage de l’Autre Bord.

The beach of l’Autre Bord is an ideal destination for families looking for a corner of paradise where they can relax and have fun. Its majestic coconut trees and Raisiniers offer shaded areas perfect for family picnics, allowing you to enjoy meals while enjoying the breathtaking view of the ocean.
The beach of l’Autre Bord is all the more special thanks to its proximity to the nearby beach of Alizés. A scenic walk along the shore will take you from the Other Shore to the Trade Winds, where new adventures and discoveries await.
